Spaghetti and Beanballs

Spaghetti:
Spaghetti Sauce
1/2 pound pasta

Beanballs:
3 cups kidney beans
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs steak sauce or tomato paste
2 tbs oilve oil, plus extra
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp grated lemon sauce
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup vital wheat gluten
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp thyme

1. Preheat oven to 375. Cook spaghetti as directions say.

2. Mash beans until mostly smooth. Add remaining ingredients.

3. Use hands to knead until well combined. Roll into balls.

4. Bake on lightly greased baking pan for 15 minutes. Flip the balls and continue baking for 10 more minutes.
